Refund policy


You may return your order within 14 days of delivery, in line with the EU right of withdrawal — no reason required.

Conditions: items must be unworn, undamaged and returned in their original case and packaging.

How it works: email office@himalayan-eyewear.com with your order number. We confirm the return address and instructions. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the item is faulty.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.

Faulty items: contact us and we resolve it immediately — repair, replacement or refund.

Exceptions: tailor-made and personalised items (such as bespoke Brilliance® pieces) are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
